To ensure a positive experience for everyone involved we have implemented a thorough guest vetting process before accepting any booking. Inspections of properties are carried out before each booking to ensure full compliance with safety regulations and guest comfort.

When a potential guest sends a booking enquiry, we will ensure they are verified on the booking platform with photo ID and upon arrival at the property will again ask to check this ID before keys are handed over.

Guests with poor reviews or no reviews on the platform will be subject to booking at your discretion by which you will make the final decision on whether to allow their booking.

With many of our competitors’ guests are given access to a key safe box without ever meeting the guests, whilst this is an option for many there is not always the possibility of having one of these boxes installed at the property. We offer a meet and greet service for our clients, ensuring who turns up to collect the keys is who they say they are.

We feel this interaction also builds trust, lets the guests know that we have a hands on approach to management rather than being a large company that does not care about our clients property and is simply there to collect a management fee for responding to messages.

financial peace of mind

Depending on the booking method and the property owners’ preferences, we can facilitate the holding of a security deposit for further peace of mind.

There will be insurance included with some booking methods so this will not always be necessary however we are malleable to our clients’ needs and preferences and will follow your instruction fully.
